The bedding looked clean, beds were comfortable, little street noise. Staff was friendly
Everything on the property looked as if demolition would be the next step. The room stunk, the bathtub looked so bad my wife refused to even shower. The outside ice machine was broken, so you had to go into the lobby to get ice The "included" breakfast was a joke . The saying you get what you pay for is true, but this place is truly a dump!

We liked Absolutely Nothing about thid hotel and will never stay there again and we will not recommend it.
The advertisment is a total lie.. The pool and hot tub have not been operational for years so why are you using them in the brochure. The electrical receptcals where held in with tape. The caulking in the bathroom was cracked. There was a 1 inch opening under the exterior door which I plugged each night with a towel.

The cost
The motel had at one time been built well but time has not been kind. The room, buildings, and grounds were in disrepair and in need of a serious makeover. It was affordable and the bed passable.

I liked the staff. They were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was sufficient, there were 4 cereals to choose from, bagels, english muffins, coffee and juice.
While I found the room clean upon arrival, we stayed 4 nights and only once was our room vacuumed and the beds were never made. But the trash and towels were changed daily. The children was disappointed that the pool was empty also.

My stay was for two nights for business, the room was neat and clean, and the staff was very professional. I will stay on my next business trip to St. George. Ron B.

Not one thing. Every single thing at this hotel was crap. You would have to pay me to stay there again.
Absolutely every sucked. The staff barley speaks English, half if the place is about to fall apart, everything is out dated, beds were broken, the hot water took a while to heat up, and the water was brown!!!

The management were outstanding. They were friendly and were anxious to do whatever to make our stay more comfortable.

It was horrible. My kids and I froze our butts off. No heater, very dirty and old. Would not recommend to anyone.

The continental breakfast is not good. They had bagels and english muffins with nothhing to put on them, cold cereal and no milk, machine juice and you needed to find a manager to get a bucket of ice.
